Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan
A simple and flavorful Italian classic: al dente pasta tossed with tender asparagus and grated Parmesan. Ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 200 g Asparagus
- 50 g Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces.
Step 3
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 4
In a skillet, sauté the asparagus with butter and olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the asparagus.
Step 6
Add grated Parmesan, salt and pepper to taste.
