Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan
A simple and delicious Italian classic: al dente pasta tossed with tender asparagus, butter and grated Parmesan.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Asparagus
- 50 g Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
Step 2
Cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces and plunge them into the boiling water.
Step 3
Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
Step 4
Drain and toss with butter and grated Parmesan. Season to taste.
