Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan
A simple Italian classic: al dente pasta tossed with sautéed asparagus, finished with grated Parmesan and butter.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Asparagus
- 50 g Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
Step 2
While waiting, clean the asparagus and cut into 5 cm pieces.
Step 3
Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 4
Sauté the asparagus in a pan with butter for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the asparagus and cooking butter.
Step 6
Add the grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
