Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan
A simple and elegant Italian classic: al dente pasta with fresh asparagus sautéed in oil and generously topped with grated Parmesan.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Asparagus
- 80 g Parmesan
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a saucepan with salted water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces. Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the asparagus for 6-7 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Drop the pasta into the boiling water and cook according to package directions.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and transfer to the skillet with the asparagus. Toss well.
Step 5
Divide among plates, generously top with grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
