Pasta with Asparagus and Ham
A simple and delicious Italian classic: al dente pasta with tender asparagus and crispy ham, finished with parmesan and butter.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Asparagus
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces. Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. 5 minutes before the pasta is done, add the asparagus.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small pieces and brown it in a pan.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and asparagus. Transfer to the pan with the ham, add the butter and grated parmesan. Toss and serve.
