Pasta with Asparagus and Ham
A simple and delicious Italian classic: al dente pasta tossed with tender asparagus, crispy ham, and grated Parmesan.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Asparagus
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the asparagus into 3-4 cm pieces and dice the ham.
Step 3
Cook the pasta according to package instructions (approximately 10-12 minutes).
Step 4
In a pan, sauté the asparagus with a little butter for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the ham and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and toss it with the contents of the pan.
Step 7
Add the grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
