Pasta with Tuna and Tomato
A classic Mediterranean dish: penne with canned tuna, fresh tomatoes, and a squeeze of lemon. Flavorful, light, and ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 300 g Fresh tomatoes
- 2 clove Garlic
- 0.5 piece Lemon
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Fresh parsley
- 5 g Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Mince the garlic finely and crush the tomatoes into small dices.
Step 3
Add the penne to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.
Step 4
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes, then drain and stir in the tuna.
Step 6
Drain the penne and toss with the tuna sauce. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
