Pasta with Parmesan and Broccoli
A simple and comforting Italian classic. Al dente pasta tossed with fresh broccoli and grated Parmesan for a flavorful and quick meal.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 50 g Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and add to the boiling water with the pasta.
Step 3
Cook for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
Step 4
Drain and toss with olive oil and grated Parmesan.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
