Pasta with Parmesan and Broccoli
A simple and comforting Italian classic: al dente pasta tossed with broccoli and generously sprinkled with grated Parmesan.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 200 g Broccoli
- 50 g Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and add them to the boiling water
Step 3
Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions
Step 4
Drain and transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil
Step 5
Generously sprinkle with grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper
