Pasta with Parmesan and Broccoli
A simplified Italian classic: al dente pasta tossed with tender broccoli and grated Parmesan. Quick, comforting, and delicious.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and add it to the boiling water with the pasta.
Step 3
Cook for 8-10 minutes until the pasta and broccoli are tender.
Step 4
Drain and transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
Step 5
Sprinkle with Parmesan, season to taste, and serve immediately.
