Pasta with Parmesan and Broccoli
A simple and comforting Italian classic: al dente pasta tossed with crispy broccoli and grated Parmesan. Ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 60 g Grated Parmesan
- 3 cl Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook in boiling water for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Add the pasta to the water with the broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Drain everything and transfer to a serving bowl.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil, add the Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
