Pasta with Ham and Gruyère
A classic French comfort dish: pasta tossed with ham, grated Gruyère cheese, and a buttery sauce. Ready in 20 minutes.

- 250 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère cheese
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
Grate the Gruyère cheese.
Step 4
Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package directions (approximately 10-12 minutes).
Step 5
Drain the pasta while reserving some cooking water.
Step 6
Pour the pasta into a hot pan with butter, add the ham, and mix.
Step 7
Add the grated Gruyère, mix quickly, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
