Pasta with Ham and Butter
A simple and comforting French classic. Creamy pasta with sautéed ham, finished with butter and pepper.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 40 g Butter
- 2 L Water
- 10 g Salt
- 2 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cut the ham into batons.
Step 3
Sauté the ham in a skillet for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.
Step 5
Toss the pasta with the ham and butter, season to taste.
