Pasta with Ham and Butter
A simple and comforting French classic. Pasta coated in a rich butter and ham sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1.5 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package.
Step 3
Cut the ham into thin strips.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and transfer to a skillet with the butter and ham.
Step 5
Reheat over medium heat, stirring well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
