Pasta with Ham, Cream, and Dark Chocolate

Ingredients
- 250 g Dry pasta
- 120 g Ham
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 40 g Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- 2 L Water
- 5 g Salt
- 3 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions, then drain.
Step 2
Cut ham into cubes or strips and sauté in butter over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Chop dark chocolate and add to skillet with ham. Pour in cream and stir until chocolate is fully melted (2-3 minutes).
Step 4
Add cooked pasta to sauce, toss well, and stir in grated parmesan.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately in generous portions.
