Pasta with Gruyère and Ham
A comforting classic: creamy pasta with smoked ham and grated Gruyère. Ready in 20 minutes for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to boil in a pot and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the ham and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 4
In the warm pot, melt the butter and add the ham and pasta.
Step 5
Stir in the Gruyère off the heat, adding a little cooking water for creaminess. Season with salt and pepper.
