Pasta with Gruyère and Ham
A classic French dish that couldn't be simpler: creamy pasta with melted Gruyère and ham. Ready in 20 minutes, it's the perfect weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Gruyère
- 80 g Ham
- 30 g Butter
- 2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small dice.
Step 4
Drain the pasta. In the pot, melt the butter over low heat.
Step 5
Add the pasta, ham, and grated Gruyère. Stir until the cheese is completely melted. Season with salt and pepper.
