Pasta with Gruyère and Ham
A simple and satisfying French classic: pasta tossed in a creamy butter sauce with grated Gruyère and ham. Ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cook the penne according to package directions (approximately 10-12 minutes).
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 4
Grate the Gruyère by hand.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
Step 6
Add the butter, ham, and Gruyère. Mix well and season to taste.
