Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting pasta bake with broccoli and melted cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 2 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and add them to the water.
Step 3
Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and broccoli, then transfer to a baking dish.
Step 5
Add the butter and grated Gruyère, mix well. Season to taste.
Step 6
Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
