Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple, comforting French classic: creamy Gruyère sauce coating tender pasta with fresh broccoli. Ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot with salt. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets and steam or boil for 5 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of pasta water. Grate the Gruyère.
Step 4
In the pasta pot, add the butter, grated Gruyère, and a splash of pasta water. Stir until creamy.
Step 5
Add the broccoli, toss together, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
