Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Shredded Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and steam or boil them for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and broccoli. Return them to the pot with the butter and shredded Gruyère.
Step 4
Stir vigorously until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
