Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting pasta bake with broccoli and melted cheese. Ready in 25 minutes, it's the perfect weeknight dish.

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 400 g Broccoli
- 200 g Grated Gruyère
- 50 g Butter
- 2 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in the saucepan.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook them for 8 minutes in the boiling water with the pasta.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and broccoli.
Step 4
Return to the saucepan with the butter and 150g of Gruyère. Mix well.
Step 5
Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining Gruyère and bake for 5 minutes at 200°C.
