Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A French classic with a twist: hearty pasta with roasted broccoli and a creamy Gruyère sauce. Comforting and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Broccoli
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook in a skillet with olive oil for 8-10 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 4
Combine the pasta, broccoli, butter, and Gruyère in the skillet. Add a splash of cooking water if needed to create a sauce.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
