Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
Simple and comforting pasta with broccoli and grated Gruyère, an easy French classic to prepare.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Broccoli
- 80 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package time.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and cook in a skillet with a little butter for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and toss with the broccoli. Add the remaining butter and grated Gruyère, mix well.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
