Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting French classic. Creamy pasta with melted Gruyère and crispy broccoli.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil salted water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook in a pan with a little butter for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and mix with the broccoli, butter, and grated Gruyère.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve hot.
