Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting French classic: pasta coated in a creamy Gruyère sauce with crisp broccoli.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1.5 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
Step 3
Cut the broccoli into small florets and add to the pot 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving 100ml of cooking water.
Step 5
Return to the pot with the butter and grated Gruyère, mix while adding some cooking water for creaminess.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
