Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting French classic. Al dente pasta tossed with tender broccoli and coated in a creamy Gruyère cheese sauce.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cut broccoli into small florets and cook in boiling water for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Add the pasta to the same water and cook according to package instructions.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and broccoli, then toss together in the pot with butter and shredded Gruyère.
Step 5
Season to taste and serve immediately.
