Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting French classic: al dente pasta tossed with fresh broccoli and a generous creamy Gruyère sauce.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- À volonté pinch Salt
- À volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and cook in a pan with a little butter and water for 6-7 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and mix it with the broccoli in the pan.
Step 4
Add the grated Gruyère and remaining butter, mix well off the heat until you have a creamy sauce.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
