Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting French classic: creamy pasta with Gruyère cheese and tender broccoli. Ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 2 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to package instructions (about 10 minutes).
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and cook them in the same water for the last 4 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving 100ml of cooking water.
Step 5
In the empty pot, melt the butter, add pasta and broccoli, then the Gruyère while stirring. Add a little cooking water if too dry.
