Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting French classic: al dente pasta tossed with tender broccoli and coated in a creamy Gruyère sauce.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Broccoli
- 80 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 2 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for 8 minutes with the pasta.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 4
Toss the hot pasta with the butter and grated Gruyère, adding some cooking water if needed.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
