Creamy Gruyère Pasta with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Broccoli
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1.5 l Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for 8 minutes with the pasta.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and broccoli, then return to the pot.
Step 4
Add the butter and grated Gruyère, stir until creamy.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
