Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting French classic: al dente pasta mixed with tender broccoli and topped with a creamy Gruyère sauce.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Broccoli
- 80 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 2 l Water
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and add to the boiling water.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, add the pasta and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes).
Step 4
Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 5
In the same pot, melt the butter and add the pasta and broccoli.
Step 6
Add the grated Gruyère, a little of the cooking water, salt and pepper. Mix well.
