Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple French classic that's pure comfort. Pasta coated in a creamy cheese sauce with tender broccoli.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 200 g Broccoli
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with salted water and bring it to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and add to the boiling water with the pasta.
Step 3
Cook for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is al dente and the broccoli is tender.
Step 4
Drain, reserving some pasta water. Add the butter and grated cheese, stir vigorously.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
