Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting French classic: pasta tossed in a creamy Gruyère sauce with crisp broccoli.

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 150 g Gruyère
- 50 g Butter
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and add to the water.
Step 3
Add the pasta 3 minutes after the broccoli and cook according to package instructions.
Step 4
Drain, reserving 1 glass of cooking water.
Step 5
In the pot, melt the butter, add the grated Gruyère and toss with the pasta and broccoli.
Step 6
Add a splash of cooking water if too dry. Season and serve.
