Creamy Gruyère Pasta with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 200 g pasta
- 250 g broccoli
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g butter
- 1500 ml water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook with the pasta.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 4
In the pot, melt the butter, add the grated Gruyère, and mix with the pasta and broccoli.
Step 5
Add some cooking water if needed for a creamy texture. Season with salt and pepper.
