Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting French classic: al dente pasta mixed with tender broccoli and topped with melted Gruyère.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and cook in a pan with a little olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and mix with the broccoli and olive oil.
Step 4
Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with Gruyère and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
