Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Broccoli
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Step 3
Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and broccoli, return them to the pot with the butter and Gruyère.
Step 5
Mix well until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
