- 200 g Pasta
- 1 head Broccoli
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Cook the pasta and broccoli together. Cook according to package directions (about 10-12 minutes).
Step 3
Drain, reserving a glass of cooking water. Transfer the pasta and broccoli to a skillet.
Step 4
Add the butter and grated Gruyère. Mix well, adding a little cooking water to create a creamy sauce.
Step 5
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
