Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting Italian dish: al dente pasta combined with tender broccoli and grated Gruyère for a creamy gratin.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and steam or boil them for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and broccoli, then combine them in the saucepan with the butter and grated Gruyère.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve immediately.
