Pasta with Gruyère and Broccoli
A simple and comforting French classic: pasta tossed with crispy broccoli and a creamy Gruyère gratin. Ready in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for 5 minutes in the boiling water with the pasta.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and broccoli.
Step 4
In the empty pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
Step 5
Add the pasta and broccoli, toss with the grated Gruyère until creamy.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
