Pasta with Cheese and Broccoli
A simple and comforting pasta gratin with broccoli and a blend of Gruyère and Parmesan. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 400 g Broccoli
- 150 g Gruyère
- 50 g Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Cook the pasta and broccoli in a pot of salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and broccoli. Mix with butter, grated Gruyère, and Parmesan.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish. Bake for 10 minutes until the top is golden.
