Pasta with Cheese and Broccoli
A simple and comforting pasta gratin with broccoli and a blend of melted Parmesan and Gruyère. Perfect for a no-fuss weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 50 g Parmesan
- 50 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and add to the boiling water with the pasta.
Step 3
Cook for 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente and the broccoli is tender.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and broccoli, then return to the pot.
Step 5
Add the butter and mix in the grated cheeses. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Serve immediately in shallow bowls.
