Pasta with Cheese and Broccoli
A simple and comforting Italian classic featuring fresh broccoli and a blend of melted Gruyère and Parmesan.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Broccoli
- 80 g Grated Gruyère
- 40 g Grated Parmesan
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and cook for 8 minutes in the boiling water with the pasta.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving 200ml of cooking water.
Step 4
In the pot, melt the butter, add the pasta and broccoli, then the grated cheeses and a little cooking water.
Step 5
Stir until you have a creamy sauce, then season with salt and pepper.
