Curry Pasta with Chicken
A simple and flavorful Asian-Italian fusion dish. Tender chicken, carrots and curry in a creamy Gruyère sauce.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Chicken
- 2 piece Carrots
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 750 ml Water
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into cubes and carrots into small pieces.
Step 3
Sauté the chicken in butter in a pan for 5 minutes, add the carrots and curry.
Step 4
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the grated Gruyère off the heat and stir.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and mix with the curry and cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
