Curry Chicken Pasta
A simple and flavorful fusion of Asian and Italian cuisine. Chicken and carrots cooked in curry blend beautifully with pasta for a quick and comforting dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Chicken
- 2 pieces Carrots
- 2 tsp Curry
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1500 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into dice and the carrots into thin sticks.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a skillet and cook the chicken over medium heat until it turns white.
Step 4
Add the carrots and curry, cook for 4 minutes while stirring well.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, mix well and season to taste.
