Curry Chicken Pasta
A quick and flavorful Asian-Italian fusion dish. Tender chicken cooked with curry and carrots pairs perfectly with pasta.

Ingredients
- 250 g Chicken
- 200 g Pasta
- 2 piece Carrots
- 2 tsp Curry
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut chicken into cubes and carrots into thin sticks.
Step 3
Heat butter in a pan and sauté chicken for 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add carrots and curry, stir and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Drain pasta and add to the pan, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
