Curry Pasta with Chicken
A quick and delicious Asian-Italian fusion dish. Pasta with tender chicken and a creamy curry sauce.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Chicken
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 30 g Butter
- 200 ml Water
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes and cook in a skillet with butter until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the curry powder to the chicken and stir well.
Step 4
Pour 200 ml of water into the skillet and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the curry chicken sauce.
