Curry Pasta with Chicken
An Asian-Italian fusion dish: creamy curry pasta with tender chicken and carrots. Quick and comforting for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Chicken
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 100 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes and the carrots into small sticks.
Step 3
In a skillet, melt the butter and cook the chicken until done.
Step 4
Add the carrots and curry powder, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in 100 ml of water, stir and let reduce for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and toss with the curry sauce. Season and serve.
