Pasta with Curry and Chicken
A quick and flavorful Asian-Italian fusion dish. Pan-fried curried chicken blends perfectly with pasta for a comforting meal.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Chicken
- 1.5 tsp Curry powder
- 1 piece Carrots
- 20 g Butter
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into cubes and grate the carrots.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan, add the curry and sauté the chicken for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the grated carrots, cook for 3 minutes, then toss with the drained pasta.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, mix well and serve hot.
