Pasta with Cauliflower and Tomato Sauce
A reimagined Italian classic featuring humble cauliflower. The pasta mingles with roasted cauliflower and tomato sauce for a comforting and flavorful dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Cauliflower
- 400 g Tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and roast them in a pan with oil for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to the package instructions.
Step 3
Pour the tomato sauce into the pan with the roasted cauliflower and warm for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss it with the cauliflower and tomato sauce. Serve immediately.
